Whispers of Madness

Whispers creep into the mind of others inciting madness. When you cast this spell target up to charisma mod(minimum of 1) creatures to make an intelligence saving throw. On a failed save targets take 6d6 psychic damage, half on a success. If a target fails the saving throw it must use it’s reaction to dash away from the caster.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell at 4th level or higher increase the damage by 1d6 for each level above 3rd.
