Whirling Vortex affects one individual in a 30 foot radius of your location. Make a ranged spell attack against a medium or smaller creature. They must make a strength saving throw each turn against your spell save DC. On an initial fail you summon a vortex of wind around them that lifts them up to 10 feet in the air, that does 2d6 of slashing damage and swirls them in the air, when the spell ends if they fail all strength saves over the 10 rounds they take fall damage, if not the spell lowers them to the ground gradually.

At Higher Levels: Using a higher spell slot to cast this spell adds 1d6 of slashing damage.
