This spell clots an enemy's blood, slowly killing them. It does 4d6 necrotic damage initially and does 1d4 necrotic damage every turn until killed, dispelled, or healed in any way. This has no effect on undead, constructs, fiends, celestials, or anything that doesn't contain normal blood. This excludes dragons.
