Altivo's Homing Bullets

You create a dart of magical force. It tracks the chosen target, granting +5 to Attack Roll and deals 1d4+1 force damage on a hit.
Make additional attacks and deal +1 damage when you are at 5th level (2 attacks, 1d4+2 damage each), 11th level (3 attacks, 1d4+3 damage each) and 17th level (4 attacks, 1d4+4 damage each). You may choose different targets for each attack.
