When you cast this spell, the target's voice is amplified and can be heard for up to 100 feet in every direction (200 when yelling). When speaking this way, the target has advantage on all checks for Intimidation, Performance, Persuasion, or to motivate/inspire. 

While speaking under this spell, everything you say is instantly translated so that everyone listening can immediately understand what you're saying.
