The caster touches the target, causing one of their limbs to become unusable. This deals damage equal to the target's Constitution modifier plus the caster's Proficiency modifier. Then choose either an arm or leg on the target to become unusable. If a leg is chosen, the target's movement speed is reduced to 5ft and they are prone. If an arm is chosen, the target cannot cast spells or wield a weapon with that arm. This lasts for 1 minute or until dispelled.
