Arcane Ricochet

Almost certainly discovered by those with an imperfect understanding of things arcane or the gift of some mischievous patron this spell has been the saving grace of more than one trickster hero according to many legends told by the bards of today.

When targeted by an attack targeting only the caster this spell redirects the attack to a different random target.  The new target must meet any requirements to be an eligible target for the attack.  If there is more than one eligible target for the redirected attack the new target is determined randomly.  This spell can cause the attack to be redirected back onto the attacker.   If there are no eligible targets for the spell to redirect the attack onto the spells fails to have any effect.
