With this spell you attempt to conjure and bind a beast or humanoid to your service. The creature is a basic example of the desired creature, that is pulled from the weave. You must have seen or know of the creature in order to try and conjure it. Once conjured, the creature must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be bound to your reality for the duration. Upon a success the creature dissipates back into the weave, as it realizes that it shouldn't actually exist, and the spell materials are consumed. If it succeds by 5 or more it retains its form for 1d12 rounds and becomes hostile to the conjurer. The creature repeats this save daily at dawn with a cumulative -1 to its roll per day active.
Creatures created in this way only have half the HP as normal. If they are reduced to zero HP, before the 7 days has ended, they vanish into a harmless vapor that quickly fades back into the weave.
For each CR of difficulty above CR1 of the summoned creature, it requires an additional 200GP of gem value, an additional hour to cast, and causes 1 level of exhaustion to the caster. This exhaustion remains even after death and can only be reduced by long rest or by a wish spell.
A bound creature must follow the caster's instructions to the best of its ability. You might command the creature to accompany you on an adventure, to guard a location, or to deliver a message. The creature is conscious of its actions but is unable to influence them for the first day. If the creature is mistreated after the first day it gains a bonus to its saving throw equal to its PB. If given a suicidal command the creature immediately makes a saving throw vs the spell with advantage. The spell last for 7 days, at which point the creature is released from your control and becomes a real and independent creature. At this point it might stay with the caster as a sidekick, go off on its own, attack the caster, or demand reparations for services performed depending on its alignment and how it was treated.
If this spell is cast using a Wish or Limited Wish the caster still suffers 1 level of exhaustion for each CR over 1 of the creature created.
