A 5-foot-diameter visage of Hadar appears in an unoccupied space of your choice within range and lasts for the duration. Any creature that moves closer to the sphere must make a Wisdom saving throw. If it fails it must roll on a short term madness table. If creature already affected by madness moves in such manner, it must make a roll on a higher madness table (short-term -> long-term, long-term-> Indefinite ).
If a creature touches a sphere it must make an Intelligence saving throw. If it fails it must take 3d6 psychic damage or half as much on a success.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
