By placing one's hand facing upwards towards themselves and clenching their fist, they summon evil tentacles with bone blades next to one or two creatures within 20ft, with a range of abilities the caster can choose from without using an action; Restrain, slash, bite.
Restrain. When a creature is attacked by the tentacles with restrain, the creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the tentacles until the spell ends. A creature that starts its turn and is already restrained by the tentacles takes 1d4 slashing damage. A creature restrained by the tentacles can use its action to make a Strength (its choice) against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself. On a failure, it takes 1d12 slashing damage
Slash. +3 to hit if within 5ft of the creature, the creature takes 3d6 slashing damage.
Bite. Jaws open up on the ends of the tentacles and bite a creature within 10ft of it, +5 to hit dealing 2d6 piercing damage.
The spell ends after making two attacks or a restrained creature escapes.
At higher levels every attack does +2 dmg
