Arctic Grasp

You make a melee spell attack roll against 1 target you can see within 5ft. On a hit the target takes 5d10 cold damage the targets movement is reduced by half and any weapon attack rolls made by the creature is made with disadvantage until the start of the next creatures turn. On the start of the next creatures turn they must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure they are incased in magical ice becoming petrified. Only a greater restoration can end this effect.
