Arcane Blast

You blast the target with a charge of pure arcane energy. Make a ranged spell attack, if hit the target takes 3d10 force damage. If this spell is directed at objects they are blasted as if hit by a cannonball force. 

At higher levels, add 1 d10 to the damage.
