Arcane Blast

You create a blast of pure magical energy that blasts apart upon contact with any surface. When you cast this spell make a ranged spell on a hit whatever you hit takes 1d8+cha force damage. If this spell comes into contact with something that is on fire it puts the fire out however it cannot put out fire bigger than 5ft and cannot put out magical  fire.

This spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
