Copy Spell

If the user notices a spell being casted, they can cast the same spell regardless of material, object or vocal requirements as long as they know another spell which is the same level and school as the spell being copied.

Any rolls the copied spell requires, the user must do.

The person casting the copied spell must roll a CON Save to see if their spell is copied or not.
