Charged Blast

You point at a spot you can see within range and a bright blast of lightning bursts from that point, occupying a 5ft space. Your target must succeed a Dexterity Saving throw. On a failed save they take 1d10 Lightning damage.

At higher levels, this spell increases in damage. 2d10 at 5th level, 3d10 at 11th level and, 4d10 at 17th level.
