You spend a minute reconciling your conjuration in your accounting books to conjure an extradimensional, flexible office space on a wall in range that lasts for the duration. You may choose the wall on which its one entrance is located. The entrance shimmers faintly and is 5 feet wide and 10 feet tall. You and up to 15 creatures you designate when you cast the spell can enter the extradimensional space as long as the portal remains open. You can open or close the portal if you are within 30 feet of it. While closed, the portal is invisible.
Beyond the portal is a two-room flexible office space with up to 20 semi-transparent staff members at the beck and call of the caster. Each room may be up to 50 feet square. At the time of casting, must account in their book which two rooms are to be included in the space. The caster must also indicate any equipment not listed below to be included in the space at the the time of casting. Nothing may be removed from the space, and any items left in the space will be ejected at the end of the spell's duration, unless otherwise noted.
The caster may choose any two of the following options for rooms.
Conference Room. An expansive board room with a conference table large enough to fit 15 comfortably, a magical chalkboard, and light refreshments.
Break Room. A well-stocked cafeteria, with enough food to feed any meal to-order for 15 people for a day, but there is only seating for four in the room.
Dormitory. A drab hallway of no more than 6 economy suites with 2 queen-sized beds each. showers, Ice buckets, and ironing boards included in each room.
Store Front. A legitimate, brick-and-mortar retail store front that may only be stocked with items you or your party brought into the space with you. Passers by will view the portal as a real store, and may go shopping. Shoppers may not enter any other room in the space, and can only purchase items you brought into the space.
R&D. A multi-purpose workshop with the traditional equipment used in the creation of magical items, potions and other craftsman's tools.
Accounting. A sea of cubicles, motivational posters, and red staplers fills this room. A person may spend 6 hours completing, in triplicate, a detailed accounting record of any amount of their money that is present in the room. Money accounted in this manner is removed from a player's inventory and stored permanently in the room's accounts until a player spends 6 hours reconciling any amount of the stored money into cash-in-hand.
