Ghostly heavy shackles attach themselves to two enemies within 20 feet of each other. Targets make DEX saving throw against spell DC or else are bound and take 1d6 + spell modifier necrotic damage. Movement reduced by 10 feet, and if moving more than 20 feet from other bound creatures, must make DC STR check against other bound creatures to pull forward. Concentration, and damage is rolled each round.
