You create 2 large flowers made of ice on a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Constitution saving throw, having two flowers made of ice bloom on it on a failed save and half as many flowers on a successful one. As an action, you may shatter one or both of the flowers, dealing 2d4 Cold damage on the target for each flower that's bloomed.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, an extra flower blooms for each slot level above 2nd.
