You deftly pirouette out of the way of an attack made by an enemy on you while sprinkling drops of water (or crystals of ice) throughout the air, these drops of water then form a collection of swirling clouds in the shape of a cylinder that is 10 ft. tall with a 30 ft. radius, centered on you. 

After dodging an attack, choose a point you can see inside of the storm. A piercing icicle flashes down from the cloud to that point. The target at that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d10 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On each of your turns until the spell ends, you can use your action to call down more icicles in this way again, targeting the same point or a different one.

Dodge temporarily gives you 1 + (Dexterity modifier) AC for one round. Single target attacks only, for AoE's you will still take half damage regardless of buff.

At Higher Levels. When cast with a spell slot at 5th level or above the base AC given increases by 0.5 and it deals an additional 1 d10 damage (+1 and 3 d10 at 5th, +2 and 4 d10 at 6th, +2 and 5d10 at 7th, etc.)
