A small two story building appears. The building is created of a locally available material (e.g. sandstone in a desert, wood in a forest). Externally the building is 20' by 30' by 20' tall.  Inside it consists of a main room with a fire place, a bar and 4 stools, two trestle tables and four benches. The fire place is stocked with fire wood and above it is a cauldron of nutritious stew enough for 12 hearty meals.  Behind the bar is a barrel containing 24 pints of beer and two barrels of clean water.

There is a small steep staircase leading to the upper level where there is a narrow corridor with 3 rooms, each with two single beds, a small trunk at the end of each bed and a chamber pot underneath.  One room at the end of the corridor  is slight larger and also possesses a fire place, a barrel of water, a cauldron, a metal bathtub and a bar of soap.

Regardless of the material of construction, the building is as strong as a stone building. There are two windows on the ground floor and three windows on the second floor (one for each room) single front door and windows are arcane locked. The chimney is covered by a iron grill.

All points of possible entrance are warded by an alarm spell.

When the spell ends, anyone in the inn, or any contents that were brought into the inn, appear safely where the inn was summoned. Any clothes that were placed in the trunks, contained in the upstairs rooms, appear neatly folded and laundered.

This is inspired by the 3.5 edition spell Leomund's Secure Shelter combined with the inn summoned by the witch Lamia in "Stardust"
