Contacting Contract

You touch a letter, scroll, or other written message sending it to a creature that you have either entered in a contract with, accepted a quest from, given a quest to, are under the employment of currently, or under the employment to you. The written message is then teleported to the creature regardless of location. If the creature is on another plain of existence there is a 5% chance that the spell fails. If either you or the creature finished the quest agreed upon, ended/finished the contract you are under, or are no longer under the employment of; the spell no longer works on said creature.
