Anyspell

Choose a spell of 2nd level or lower from a spellbook or spell scroll. The spell does not have to be on your class' spell list. You prepare that spell, which doesn't count against the number of spells that you can prepare. A used scroll is expended. Any spell prepared via this spell disappears from your knowledge after you cast it.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the level of spells that you can prepare increases by 1 for each slot above 3rd.
