Weaver's Bind

You throw out a sentient line of glowing thread, which wraps around the target. Make a ranged spell attack, and on a success, the target is considered restrained. While restrained, the target can only move towards you or in a radius around you equal to the distance the spell was cast. At the end of the target's turn, they may make a Strength saving throw against your spell DC, and on a success, they break the bind.
