If your character is a rouge and your dex modifier is a +4 then you are able to abuse physics.( this is not trademark.) I put a random class here because rouges cant do spells. wizards can't cast it i put it as a spell because i did not want it to be a magic item. but a very light character could use this so technically everybody could use this.
