Upon initially casting the spell in a space you can see in range. Every creature and unsecured object within the spell's area must make a Strength saving throw or be pulled 20 feet towards the center. You can use your action on your turn to trigger this effect again.
Soon after, a vortex that constantly collapses into itself appears in the same space. This area counts as difficult terrain for the duration of the spell. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time or starts its turn there, it must make a Strength saving throw. On a failure, it takes 4d8 force damage and incapacitated until the start of their next turn. On a success, half damage and is not incapacitated.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the size of both the first and second radius increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 5th.
