Ava's Chronurgic Rest

When you cast Ava's Chronurgic Rest on yourself (or a willing creature) you are slowly encased in an purple energy that upon completion, halts the desired individual's personal timeline for the next 24 hours.

The spell allows an individual to delay taking any level of exhaustion for 24 hours. Whether it be from lack of sleep, physical exertion, or having exhaustion inflicted by a spell or creature. The spell must be cast prior to taking any levels of exhaustion in order to take effect. 

Once the spell ends, any level of exhaustion that were denied are now active up to but not exceeding the 5th level of exhaustion. You must wait 24 hours after this spell ends to cast it again.

At Higher Levels Each level above 4th that this spell is cast, allows you to target one additional willing creature.
