I forgot to write that you can cast this as part of a spell to remove verbal components from it
Since Silence is a common tool for counteracting spellcasters, that would add some serious consequences. Aside from that, the same effect can largely be accomplished with Minor Illusion which also has no Verbal component.
I knew that it would counter silence when I wrote it and I made it for a npc I was using that wasn't a spellcaster and they were mute but I still wanted them to be able to talk so I shared this with everyone on DnD Beyond because I thought other people could benefit from it. (I know that what I wrote is a run on sentence, but I'm too lazy to fix it)
Just state that the spell fails to activate In a silanced zone
