The user raises their hand to the sky, and a bolt of lightning will crash down upon them. All foes within a 10ft radius, must make a Dexterity saving throw against the user's Spell Save DC. If they fail, they take 2d12 lightning damage, half if they succeed the saving throw. The user must also make a Constitution saving throw against their own Spell Save DC. If they fail, they take 1d12 lightning damage, with no modifiers applied to it. If the user succeeds, they gain advantage on the next spell that deals lightning damage they cast.
