Call of Misery

Shadows leech from the spell focus weaving towards the target space. Where they collide, bursting into a giant orb of black energy crackling with purple streaks of electricity. A deep exhalation is heard as the shadows drift towards the target space. Each creature within a 20 ft. radius of the target space must make a dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. The lightning causes organic plant matter within the target area to begin withering.
