Amphibious Splendor

Amphibious splendor is a cantrip which can be cast for a maximum of 3 rounds, casting it for 1 round will heal 20% of the PC's hitpoints,
casting it for 2 rounds will heal 40%, casting it for 3 rounds will heal 60%. Casting this cantrip requires a primary action and for the PC to be disengaged.
It can only target self.

Can only be cast once per initiative roll.
