Boom of Disruption Magic

You call forth a burst of energy that causes all magic to be disrupted for a short instant.  Each spell caster concentrating on a spell with 30 feet of your must make a Constitution saving throw to maintain concentration.  You can choose to exclude or include yourself.  The DC for this is 8 + the spell's level + your spell casting modifier.

Other magical effects might also be affected momentarily.  Magical items may continue to work just fine after the burst, but others may need to be reset, as determined by the situation and the DM.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the radius of effect increases by 5 feet for each level higher you used.
