Boon of the Dreamstoker

You stir a comforting spell into the flames of a campfire you touch. While the fire burns, creatures who sleep around it share calming dreams of wide open plains, untamed woodland, and crashing white water rapids. If a creature finishes a long rest within 20 feet of the fire, it adds 1d4 to its next initiative roll.

For the purposes of this spell, 'sleep' includes any racial trait that is comparable to an ordinary night's rest for that particular creature, such as Trance or Sentry's Rest. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the die increases to 1d8. When you cast this spell using a slot of 6th level or higher, it increases to 1d12.
