Arcane Counter

When you are hit by a melee attack, you can use your reaction to divert some of the damage back to the attacker. You reduce the taken damage by 1d6, and the attacker takes damage of the amount and type that was reduced.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell with a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, roll another d6 for every spell slot level above 1st.
