The area of affect of any spell originating within the area which deals thunder damage is doubled in size. Creatures within the area have disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks at being unheard.

Posted Mar 4, 2021I considered for balance doubling the distance rather than damage, but with how sound works IRL it would be both. I think you may have both if you think Thunder Damage isn't too common.

Posted Mar 4, 2021Perhaps at a higher level, you can choose whether the area affected doubles (the area in which you cast the spell) or the damage caused by things within the spell doubles?
