Mystical light shines from you and empowers nearby creatures in a 30-foot radius around you. Creatures of your choice in that radius when you cast this spell shed dim light in a 5-foot radius and make spell attacks with advantage. When an affected creature cast a spell that requires the target(s) of that spell to make saving throws, those saving throws are made at disadvantage. Additionally, when an affected creature casts a spell that deals damage, the spell deals additional damage of the same type equal to half the initial damage of the spell.
