Bitterberry

A single berry appears in your hand.  A creature can use their action to eat the berry or feed it to another.  When consumed, the berry heals the target 1 hit point.  If the target consumed another berry from this spell before it has taken a long rest, it heals 1 hit point and is poisoned for 1 hour.  Consuming any more berries from this spell continues to poison the target, however they no longer heal from them.

A berry loses its potency if it hasn't been consumed within 1 minute of the casting of this spell.
