Whistling Wind Blade

You create a 3 foot blade of wind within range. Make a melee elemental attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 slashing damage and 1d4 piercing damage. Missing the attack will cause the blade then explodes. The target and each creature within 5 feet of it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 2d6 piercing damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the 1d10 slashing damage increases by 1d10 for every other slot level above 1st, the 1d4 piercing damage increase by 1d4 for every other slot level above 1st, and the 2d6 piercing damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
