A wall of eyes erupts from a nearby surface. This can be a wall, or it can be any available surface within the sight of the caster. The eyes cover a thirty, by thirty foot area, or, if the surface is smaller, it will cover the surface entirely.
The eyes resemble the eye used to cast the spell in appearance, and they can be used to do a number of things before the spell ends
Look Upon
The caster can use a bonus action to see through the eyes. The eyes have truesight, and can see through all normal illusion spells and effects as though they weren't there. The caster is then allowed to make their next attack with advantage, as well as ignoring any illusory effects that would have hampered their attacks before.
Horror of the Lost City
The caster can use their action to open the eyes of the spell. Any creature that can see the eyes must make a wisdom save. Upon a failed save, the target will take 8d6 psychic damage and is frightened. Upon a successful save, they take half as much damage and are not frightened.
Memories of the Drowned
The caster can use their action to attempt to possess the mind of one creature that is within sight of the eyes. The creature must make a charisma saving throw or be paralyzed. On a failed save, the target is paralyzed and takes 3d10 psychic damage for every round they are paralyzed. They get a new save at the end of each of their turns.
On a successful save, the target is not paralyzed and they take only 2d8 psychic damage.
This spell can be ended early by the caster, or it can be ended with Dispel Magic.
