A bright snow flake flashes from your pointing finger to a point you choose within range and then silently puff into a 15-foot-radius sphere cloud of twinkling ice crystals. The cloud spreads around corners and persist on place until the beginning of your next turn, unless burn or blown by a strong wind.
The cloud is dense and freezing cold. The area is considered heavily obscured and creatures that start and/or finish their turn within the sphere must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 4d4 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, any damage caused by this spell increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 2nd.
