Arcane Echo

You wreathe yourself in latent magical energy. While the effect is active, you may cast a number of spells, equal to half the expended spell slot level (rounded down), without verbal or somatic components. Spells cast in this fashion still require material components, but the materials themselves do not need to be handled during casting.
