The caster draws a draconic face with flaming runes in front of them. The drawing becomes a replica of a red or gold dragon's head made of flames filling a 10ft. square. The head flies in a line before collapsing into itself and vanishing. A creature that would be hit by the head must make a dexterity saving throw. On a fail they take 7d6 fire damage and 2d4 radiant damage. At the start of their turn they take 1d6 additional fire damage for the next 5 rounds or until a creature uses an action to douse the flames. If the target succeeds on it's saving throw they take half the initial fire damage and do not suffer the burning effect.
At Higher Levels If this spell is cast using a spell slot of 5th level or higher the initial fire damage increases by 1d6 per level above 4th.
