Anna's Spell Duplication

You momentarily align with the current and familiar movements of the weave, casting the same spell you see the creature casting. You cannot cast a spell higher than 5th level. However you can use a higher level spell slot than the original for the spell or the one creature is using, but not higher than 5th level.
You expend a spell slot, provide components, maintain concentration, and choose the target(s), as if you cast a spell normally on your turn.
At Higher Levels: If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the spell level that you can cast and spell slot you can use increases by one level for each spell's level above 6th.
