You use your connection to a greater patron to project your soul out of your body and into another's, controlling another humanoid entity and gaining all their traits.
The original owner's soul stays within the body and stays somewhat conscious while under the effects, but the caster will have all the control over the body. The caster will also gain access to all the entities' memories, abilities, and spells, allowing them to almost perfectly replace the original.
The original body is left lifeless where the spell is cast and becomes detached entirely from the soul, allowing the caster to live on if their body was to become inhospitable. But if the caster does not change bodies again before the spell ends, then their soul will be released into the aether and would die. This can be avoided by jumping bodies again into another host before the spell ends. If the soul leaves the body, then the Host will start to regain consciousness and sustain 1 level of exhaustion while the caster is sent back to their original body if possible, otherwise, they will die.
This spell ends if the caster falls unconscious or 24 hours pass from the latest casting.
