Arctic Winds (Augmancy: Ray of Frost)

Augmancy. To cast this spell, you must know how to cast ray of frost. You do not need to learn or prepare this spells to cast it if you know ray of frost and have an appropriate spell slot available.

Until this spell ends, when you cast ray of frost you create a 30-foot long line of fierce arctic wind originating from you that is 5 feet wide, instead of the normal effect. Each creature within the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes damage from the ray of frost and their speed is reduced by 10 feet. On a successful save, the creature takes half damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell with a slot level of 7th level or higher, the duration of the spell becomes 1 minute with no concentration required.
