You prepare yourself to fire upon the enemy, when you cast this spell magical glyphs bind you in position reducing your movement speed to 0 for the spells duration. Make a ranged spell attack against an enemy. On a hit the target takes 5d8 force damage and on each of your turns for the duration, you can use your action to fire again. The spell does not end if you use your action on something else. The spell also ends if you move or are moved from your position

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the force damage per shot increases by 1d8 for every level above 3rd.
