Alter Water

You touch a container of water, fresh or salt, and can alter the properties of the liquid to become something else.

You can change 1 gallon of fresh or salt water to become 1 gallon of salt water, 1 gallon of fresh water, 1 quart of wine,  8 ounces of honey, or 1 quart of vinegar depending on the material components you implement with the spell.

At Higher Levels. For every level above 1st, the amount of water you can change increases by 1 gallon and each substance doubles.
