Alter Appearance

As an action, you change the color of your skin, eyes, hair, or any combination of the 3. This illusion will hold up to physical examination. 

The deception may be revealed if you or someone aware of the illusion refers to it. (ie: saying, "I just love my blue eyes" when your eyes are currently green.)

Then, to discern that your appearance is altered, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.

Once the illusion is detected, it is immediately dispelled. 

Otherwise, the illusion lasts until the next long rest.
