A line of rushing water 30 feet long and 5 feet wide emanates from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Strength saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage and is pushed up to 15 feet away from you in a direction following the line. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed. Additionally, any open flames in the line are extinguished and any unsecured objects that are completely within the line are automatically pushed up to 15 feet away from you in a direction following the line. The water created by the spell vanishes immediately after you cast it.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
