This spell allows you to distort ones vision, causing their sight to spin rapidly.  Choose one creature within 30 ft, and force them to make a wisdom saving through.  On a failure, they gain the blinded condition for 1 minute.

At higher levels, you can target one additional creature at levels 5, 11, and 17
