Bubble Lock

You conjure a volley of bubbles that latch onto a target within range and form into one large around the target. the target must make a Dexterity saving throw or be restrained inside the surrounding soap bubble. On each of the target's turns, they can make a Strength check against your Spell DC to break free. The spell automatically fails if the target is size Huge or bigger when cast at its lowest level.

At higher levels, this spell can be used on larger targets. For every 2 spell slots above 3rd, you can increase the size for the bubble to fit larger foes. (5th-6th for huge and 7th-8th for gargantuan).
